I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician. Specializing in relaxation, prenatal and oncology massage. Having spent part of my career in IT, I loved helping people but quickly realized the stress of the corporate world wasn't for me. This realization led me to a career in massage therapy, which I've now been practicing for over five years and counting. My own intimate understanding of the toll stress can take on the body has enabled me to develop a massage technique that is deeply relaxing and pain-relieving at the same time. I also specialize in oncology, prenatal, and reflexology massage. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, baking, painting, sewing, and brewing beer. These activities often involve repetitive movements for the arms and hands, as well as prolonged static postures that can strain the upper back and neck. As a result, I've learned and apply techniques that specifically target the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, and hands for maximum pain relief. I'm excited to help you de-stress, recharge, and feel your best so you can fully enjoy the activities you love. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
